the hotel is very close to the airport. the vp shuttle service was prompt (this made the transfer seamless). the hotel restaurant provided great authentic food options and the service desk was very helpful.

the rooms are quite worn. i observed hairs left on the toilet (not a pleasant discovery). the towels felt rough. the internet connection had unstable wifi.

The breakfast was a real letdown. It was just served on a small tray and didn't had much variety. the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the pillows were not good either. this definitely impacted my sleep quality, and thats the whole point of staying somewhere near an airport, right?

Mixed feelings about the stay

The staff were generally polite and willing to help (especially at reception).

The room cleaning was not good. I found some hairs left on the toilet, quite off-putting. The noise insulation was also a BIG problem. I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. Night arrivals were particularly loud, and it made it really difficult to sleep.
